Repose (domain)
Clerics who take the Repose domain seek the grace of a good death, and are granted spells to combat unnecessary death. They conduct funerals, care for the recently and soon-to-be departed, counsel survivors, maintain graveyards, and perform rituals to ensure the souls of the deceased reach their final destination. Repose clerics teach the importance of accepting death as something not to be feared, and that an end is necessary to having a life of worth, but they also believe that every person has their proper time and it is not their duty to rush that passing. Repose clerics only very rarely make use of undead, and prefer instead to help them find their rest.
This domain grants a cleric the following additions:
Domain power
Granted power: Death Touch: The cleric can kill with a touch. The target dies instantly unless he has more than d6 times the cleric's hit dice in hit points remaining. Only living creatures with a discernable anatomy are affected.
