Clerics who take the Watery Death domain are devout clerics of Umberlee. They preach that all souls to travel the seas belong to the Bitch Queen, and it is her whim that decides who lives and who dies. Those that perish at sea are bound to her, not Myrkul, they say, and their souls will only find their way to their gods if they have properly placated the Goddess of the Deep. Watery Death clerics typically work to collect treasure for their queen, often through tribute or theft, and plunge them to the depths of the ocean. Darker ceremonies call for the sacrifice of living creatures to the deeps, and Umberlant clerics in portside cities frequently perform executions of local criminals - publicy when they have the permission of the ruling government, and secretly when they don't. In emulation of their goddess, most Watery Death clerics are women.

This domain grants a cleric the following additions:

Domain power

Granted power: Drowning Death: Once per day, the cleric can imbue their weapon with the essence of Umberlee's trident, the Drowning Death, for a number of rounds equal to one-half their caster level. Drowned weapons gain a +5 enhancement bonus on attack and damage rolls, deal 2d6 extra cold damage to any creature on land, and can dispel minor magical enchantments.
