Description
The caster summons globes of starlight around their hand, launching one twinkling star of energy per 3 levels (max 5) at the target enemy. Each star requires a successful ranged touch attack and deals 1d20 force (magical) damage.
The damage dealt by this spell is nonlethal if used against a target that is not Evil-aligned.
