The azure flame spell causes all hostile creatures within the area of effect to burst into blue flame. A successful reflex saving throw vs spells negates the effect. Lifeless objects are not affected. Burning creatures take 1d4 + (casterlevel / 3) irresistible fire damage per round until the spell is either dispelled or expires.
The spell is cast by faithfull acting in the cause of their deity and is considered to be a direct manifestation of the deity's power. Casting the spell more than once per day is considered very reckless and it often results in backfire onto the caster.
Note: If you cast this more than once per reset there is a significant chance that it will backfire onto you.
