Description

You summon a globe of divine radiance to blind and burn those within the area of effect. Undead take 1d6 points of divine damage per caster level, to a maximum of 20d6. All other monster types take 3d6 points of divine damage, and are blinded for 3 rounds. A successful Reflex save halves the damage for undead and voids blindness for others.

Bug Notes

The spell description is wrong. Against creatures that are not undead, the spell actually does 4d6 points of damage. A successful Reflex save halves the damage for all creatures, whether undead or not. Also, all enemies are blinded on a failed save, whether undead or not.

Sun domain clerics cast this spell at a decreased DC (innate level is 8, but if the spell is cast at level 7, the DC is lower).
