Description
This spell allows you to conjure a shadow variant of one of the following spells: Summon Shadow, Melf's acid arrow, Ghostly visage, Web, or Lesser Globe of Invulnerability.
Strategy
Since this is a level 7 spell, casting Web using Greater Shadow Conjuration results in a DC +5 higher than the ordinary spell at level 2, thus making the spell harder to resist. It is treated as a Conjuration spell like the normal Web spell, and not an Illusion spell like Greater Shadow Conjuration. Therefore, Spell Focus (Illusion) does not increase the DC when casting Web using Greater Shadow Conjuration, but Spell Focus (Conjuration) does.
