This spell causes every sound within the creature's hearing to reverberate loudly within its mind. Attack rolls, saving throws, and skill checks incur a -2 penalty, the target's listen skill is reduced by 6 ranks. If the target succeeds in a succesfull savingthrow vs spells the penalties are halved. Silence or deafness type effects cancel the spell. If the target is immune the spell has no effect.
