Description
You gain a +1 bonus to attack rolls and a +1 magical damage bonus for every three caster levels you have (minimum +1, maximum of +3).
Notes
- Maximum bonus originally was +5, and could not be made persistent). As of v1.10, it is only up to +3, but can be made Persistent for a 24 hour duration.
- The damage bonus is applied to the character, and is therefore not subject to damage resistance.
