Sylvan is the language of the fey. Its written form uses the Espruar alphabet. It is the language of all magical creatures associated with the wilderness, such as fairies, dryads, centaurs and such.

The Sylvan tongue bears a strong similarity with Elven and it is commonly assumed that the Elves developed their language from this tongue.
