| ==Description==
| |
| In addition to normal [[eldritch blast]] damage, the hindering blast forces any creature struck to make a [[Will]] save or become slowed. A slowed creature moves and attacks at a drastically reduced rate, taking a -1 penalty on [[attack roll]]s, [[AC]], and [[Reflex]] saves and moving at half its normal speed. Multiple slow effects don't [[stack]]. This [[invocation]] counters and [[dispel]]s [[haste]].
