Uluik is the language of the Ice Hunters of the Sea of Moving Ice. Uluik uses the Thorass alphabet and is spoken by the Ulutiuns and the Ice Hunters.

The Sea of Moving Ice is the northernmost place in known Faerûn. Almost completely uncharted, it is filled with icebergs and isles of ice, set wide enough apart for a ship to pass. The ice of the sea changes so that all but the most experienced seafarers can be caught off guard, proof of such are a collection of ancient ice-locked ships.
