Description

A shortbow has a stave portion of about five feet in length. The shortbow was the first of such launchers to be developed, and it remains an effective weapon.

A shortbow is made from 2 wooden planks. Other exotic wooden materials can used to make a composite shortbow:

• Zalantar: Mighty +2
• Shederran: Mighty +4
• Duskwood: Mighty +6 & 40% weight reduction

Note: Even medium creatures must wield the shortbow in two hands despite the weapon also being of medium size.
