Special: Members of the dwarven races receive a proficiency in the dwarven waraxe for free. War domain clerics and favored souls are proficient in all exotic weapons if their deity's favored weapon is exotic.

3.5 comparison
*Weapons you aren't proficient in can still be equipped but you take a -4 penalty on attack rolls.
*The feat applies only to a single type of exotic weapon, not all weapons in this group. The feat can be taken multiple times to gain proficiency with multiple weapons.
*Bastard swords and dwarven waraxes can be equipped as two-handed martial weapons instead.
