Orc clerics advise orc leaders of the concerns and dangers facing their people, attempt to divine the best course of action to advance orcish society, create works of art that honor orcish history, and host traditional orcish ceremonies and festivals. Primarily, they are keepers of lore and artifacts that are of importance to the orcish people. They often gouge out one of their eyes in honor of Gruumsh, the chief of all Orckind.

{{Domain|power=[[Bloodspear]]: Once per day, the cleric can imbue their weapon with the fiery essence of Gruumsh's spear, the ''Bloodspear'', for a number of rounds equal to one-half their caster level.
