==Bugs==<br />
This is the equivalent of the d20 spell Doom, which applies the Shaken effect to the target. The target is supposed to take a -2 penalty on all attack rolls, weapon damage rolls, saving throws, skill checks, and ability checks. However, the -2 penalty to ability checks is not applied by this spell (see CreateDoomEffectsLink() in NW_I0_SPELLS).
